The Minutes of the SCTA Management Board are only available to members by accessing the Database.

1. On the main menu above click on the “Members” heading
2. Click on the “Members Database” on the left-hand sub menu
3. Click on “Login”
4. Complete “username” which is your surname and SCTA membership number. NO SPACES
5. Complete your secure “password” which is your date of birth. (DDMMYYYY) E.g. 15^th of February 1990 should be typed in as 15021990
6. You are now in the Secure Area and now click on “Documents”
7. Choose the documents you wish to view.
