Team Managers Responsibilities

Information

Scope of Responsibilities. 

  • Liaise  with Discipline Representative and provide a list of accommodation if required
  • Organise practise before International if required
  • Ensure the team members are aware of squading groups and time required to be ready to shoot.
  • Arrange necessary paperwork for the Team when travelling to Ireland including appropriate
    certificates
  • Have attended the relevant Referee and Safety Officers course, and be fully aware of all the discipline rules and regulations including those pertaining to the International.
  • Be prepared to serve on the Jury at the International.
  • To ensure that all team members have the correct dress code.
  • Knowledge of shooters in the Team.
  • Pass out expenses to team members.
  • Provide encouragement and support to team members at the international.
  • Support the Team Captain with arrangements on the day of the International.
  • Provide feedback to the SCTA Discipline Representative including any and all concerns and issues.
  • Attend the Scottish Championship and assist the discipline rep with administration and as and when required.
  • Arrange Team photographs for the international
